Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (95 days not including 2-5 day processing)  you receive the wrong item you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, covid pandemic related issue).

All Refund claims are subject for counter verification. Refunds will be process after completion of 95 days guarantee period only. If the refund claim is earlier than the 95 days guarantee period, please wait few more days, there is  some delays in delivery  at custom clearance or post office in your country due to some restriction like pandemic, war, typhoon, etc.

Once Refund Claims confirmed after 95 days guarantee period, we will revert back the money in the same bank account name and account number used for purchasing the product. It will take 5 business days to transfer and it will reflect in your bank statement in monthy billing statement , end of the month. All refund amount are subject for taxes, bank transfer fee, currency exchange rate charges, etc to be deducted in the refund amount. But mostly all products are shipped and claim by client, so nothing to worry about. Thank you!
